Full card details are processed by authorised payment providers. Mini S.A. may receive only limited information required to confirm and manage the transaction.

3. Sources of personal data

Data may be obtained directly from the data subject, automatically during browsing, from service providers involved in the transaction, from permitted public or legitimate sources and from security or fraud-prevention tools.

4. Purposes

  • create and manage customer accounts;
  • process orders, payments, invoices, delivery, pickup and returns;
  • provide support, warranty and after-sales services;
  • verify identity, security, authenticity and fraud risk;
  • comply with tax, accounting, regulatory and legal obligations;

  • send offers and campaigns where permitted, subject to opt-out where applicable;
  • respond to lawful requests from authorities.

5. Legal grounds

Depending on the activity, processing may be based on contract performance and pre-contractual procedures, legal or regulatory obligations, exercise of legal rights, legitimate interests or consent where specifically required.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already performed or processing maintained under another valid legal basis.

6. Data sharing

Data may be shared as necessary with e-commerce and hosting providers, payment institutions, fraud-prevention services, carriers, logistics operators, business-management and tax systems, accountants, manufacturers, distributors, authorised service centres, communications and analytics providers, professional advisers, public authorities and parties involved in corporate transactions.

Mini S.A. does not sell personal data as an independent business activity.

7. Nuvemshop and technology providers

The store uses Nuvemshop infrastructure and may use additional applications and integrations. Providers may act as Mini S.A.'s processors or, for certain activities, as independent controllers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Printers and technical support

8. Bambu Lab support data

Support for printers, AMS systems, accessories and parts may require processing and sharing technical data with Bambu Lab, distributors or authorised service providers.

This may include serial numbers, firmware versions, error codes, logs, sensor information, videos, photographs, test history and equipment details.

Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal information, remove private files where possible and follow support instructions. Relevant logs should not be deleted before guidance is received.

9. Cookies

The store may use necessary, preference, analytics and advertising cookies. Necessary cookies support login, cart, checkout, security and fraud prevention. Other cookies may measure performance, remember preferences and support marketing activities.

Non-essential cookies will be managed according to the options made available by the platform, consent tool or browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent essential store functions.

10. Communications and marketing

Mini S.A. may send communications required for purchases, security, support, delivery, billing, warranty and account operation.

Marketing communications may be sent where permitted. Opting out of marketing does not prevent transactional or legally required messages.

11. Automated checks and fraud prevention

Transactions may undergo automated security, identity, risk and fraud checks. A purchase may be declined, suspended or submitted for additional review when inconsistencies or risks are identified. Review may be requested where Brazilian law grants that right.

12. International transfers

Technology, cloud, manufacturer and support providers may process data outside Brazil. Where applicable, Mini S.A. will use mechanisms permitted under Brazilian law, considering the service, provider and available safeguards.

13. Retention

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, comply with legal, tax, regulatory and contractual obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and exercise legal rights. Data may then be deleted, anonymised or retained where Brazilian law permits. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

14. Information security

Mini S.A. uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to its operations to reduce risks of unauthorised access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse.

No system is completely immune from failures, attacks or incidents. Mini S.A. does not promise absolute security, but maintains prevention, response and continuous-improvement procedures.

15. Security incidents

In the event of a relevant personal-data incident, Mini S.A. will take the technical, administrative and communication measures required by applicable Brazilian law and competent authorities, considering the nature and risks of the event.

16. Data-subject requests

Subject to the conditions and limitations of Brazilian law, data subjects may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, portability, objection, review of automated decisions and withdrawal of consent.

Requests may require identity validation. Mini S.A. may deny or limit a request where there is a lawful retention duty, protection of trade secrets, third-party rights or another valid legal reason. Data will not be deleted where retention is authorised or required by law.

17. Children and adolescents

The store is not specifically directed to children. Purchases must be made by a legally capable person or with the participation of a legal guardian. Mini S.A. may verify, restrict or delete inappropriate processing involving minors in accordance with applicable law and the child's best interests.

18. Third-party links

The store may contain links to social networks, manufacturers, tracking services, payment services and other external environments. Mini S.A. is not responsible for those third parties' independent policies, content or practices.

19. Policy updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, technological, contractual or operational changes. The current version will be made available on this page, and material changes will be communicated where legally required.
